All of this can lead to feeling trapped: fewer options for fun, fewer things you can do. Fortunately, many troubles can be reversed — often pretty quickly — by learning how to support and work with your body.

How do I know? I’ve had to do it myself.

A minor vehicle accident left me with 10 years of low back and neck pain. Ten years!

During those years, I saw so many health professionals with no real results. I still hurt all the time.

Learning how to align and move differently brought me out of pain completely. Once I was doing the right things, I was pain-free within just a few months.

As a result, my life opened up again.

Helping others achieve the freedom of a pain-free life is what I do now.
